Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon Trading Card Game products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Important Notes:

• All products are sold sealed and unopened to guarantee authenticity
• We cannot accept returns on opened products under any circumstances
• Card pulls from booster packs are random; we cannot guarantee specific cards
• We are not responsible for the secondary market value of cards after purchase
